The Site is owned and operated by Canada Eversafe International Nutrition and Health Canada Limited (“Eversafe  International” or “we” or “us”). The Site is an e-commerce platform that provides goods and services to users.

By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to the Terms, please stop using the Website.

The Terms contain provisions on dispute resolution that may affect your legal rights. Please read them carefully.

   This Site is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old. Eversafe International is not responsible for any consequences resulting from a user’s misrepresentation of age

4. Product Sales

   These Terms apply to the sale of products offered on this Site, primarily including nutritional supplements.

   We strive to ensure the accuracy of all product descriptions, images, and information; however, we cannot guarantee that they are entirely error-free. Eversafe International is not legally responsible for any inaccuracies in such information. Purchases made through this Site are at the user’s own risk.

   We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or cancel orders when necessary. If an order has been paid for but is subsequently canceled, we will issue a full refund. Users are responsible for monitoring their payment method to confirm receipt of the refund.

5. Payment Methods

All payment information is processed by OTT PAY, and by providing payment details, you authorize  Eversafe International to process the transaction. We reserve the right to cancel the transaction if the payment is found to be in violation of the law or these Terms and Conditions.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• • Delivery Method: Standard shipping via Canada Post or UPS, with an estimated delivery time of 7 to 14 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees, in addition to the item price, will be shown at checkout.
  • International Orders: For shipments outside of Canada, the user may be required to pay customs duties and taxes of the destination country or region.
