To ensure your shopping experience complies with North American laws and regulations, we have established the following return policy.
- Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, products must meet the following criteria:
- Return Window: Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase (unless a different return period is specified for promotional products).
- Product Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of nutritional supplements and for health and safety reasons, opened or partially used products cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue or otherwise required by law.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., invoice, receipt, or order number) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Conditions
The following situations are not eligible for returns:
- Products that have been opened, partially used, or are not in their original packaging.
- Products returned outside the return window (unless required by applicable laws).
- Returns requested for non-quality-related reasons, such as personal preference or incorrect purchase.
- Handling Quality Issues
If you receive a product with a quality issue, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in resolving the issue as follows:
- Provide a detailed description of the issue along with relevant photos, if possible.
- Upon verification, you may choose:
- A full refund;
- A free replacement product (with shipping costs covered by us).

B. Upon confirmation from us, ship the product to the designated return address. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a quality issue.
C. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or replacement request promptly.
