Eversafe International Automated Membership Sales Plan

In today’s fast-paced business environment, an innovative approach to membership management and sales is essential. In line with its philosophy of delivering a superior customer experience, Eversafe International has introduced the Automated Point-of-Sale Membership Sales Program. This program integrates advanced automation technology with an intelligent scheduling mechanism, offering members flexible and convenient services while laying the foundation for the company to achieve efficient sales management and foster long-term customer relationships. Through this program, we are dedicated to creating greater value for each customer and ensuring the company’s steady growth in the competitive market.

A specific program

  1. Become our member first, pay a fixed annual fee each year, and enjoy exclusive benefits
    • Exclusive Member — $60/year
    • Gold Member — $120/year
    • Premium Member — $2000/3year
      1. Limited to 500 in the first installment;
      2. Reactivation at the end of three years at the same rate of US$2,000.

Remarks:

      • Exclusive members can be upgraded to gold members by paying the price difference;
      • Membership fees are non-refundable upon payment.
 
  1. Membership rights
 

(1) Member Referral

    • Exclusive Membership Enjoys Membership Joining Fee Referral Fee ($5)
    • Gold Membership Enjoys referral fee for joining ($10)
    • Premier Membership Enjoy membership referral fee ($200)

(2) Member Consumption Shareholder-type Cashback

A) After becoming a member and starting to make purchases, you begin to enjoy the following rights: When shopping through your own account, your membership account will automatically receive discount cashback.

    • Exclusive Members enjoy a 5% discount on all company products.
    • Gold Members enjoy a 10% discount on all company products.
    • Platinum Members enjoy a 20% discount on all company products.

B) After members begin making purchases and activate their accounts, you will receive a shareholder-type rebate on the total spending of the members you refer:

    • Exclusive Members receive 2% cashback on the total spending of all referred members (with a monthly cap of $20,000).
    • Gold Members receive 6% cashback on the total spending of all referred members (with a monthly cap of $40,000).
    • Premier Members receive 8% cashback on the total spending of all referred members (with a monthly cap of $80,000).
    1. C) Premier Members: The company allocates 5% of its quarterly profits and distributes it equally among existing Premier Members.

(3) Team Bonus

Members who meet the requirements will receive a bonus based on a percentage of the consumption made by their downline members (downline members include both those they personally referred and those automatically assigned by the system, within 8 levels, including the 8th level). The bonus percentages are as follows:

        • Exclusive Members: 1%
        • Gold Members: 2%
        • Premier Members: 2.5%

Note: “Eligible” refers to points where the consumption exceeds US$50 per month during the bonus distribution period. After the monthly bonus is distributed, any amount exceeding US$50 will be deducted from the total consumption for that point. The remaining amount can be carried over to the next month and combined with the next month’s consumption, and so on.

(4The Company shall settle and pay the performance bonus for the previous month on the 10th day of each month.

(5) The Company will also provide Supreme Members with other privileged services, including future development opportunities for the Company.

3.Explanation

(1) This system is not a direct selling system; members are not required to develop a downline. The system automatically fills vacant downline positions in sequential order. There is also no requirement for a traditional binary tree structure where both sides must be balanced to earn bonuses.
(2) The system allocates a larger proportion of profits based on the amplifier principle, allowing members to earn more bonuses, up to 50% of the sales price. The bonus system is simple and clear, truly reflecting the priority of members and granting them quasi-shareholder value.
(3) The incentives may be adjusted in the future based on actual circumstances, but will always be more favorable to members.
(4) The final interpretation of this incentive policy rests with Eversafe Company.
